This is my first time trying out Shizens products, and I'm happy because this series - VISAGE collection is natural and light. That is my 2 main concerns because residing in the hot and humid weather in Malaysia, I really dislike the discomfort feeling of wearing thick foundation and smudgy make up.
There are 4 products that I'm going to do a review today!
Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO with SPF 50
This could serve as a make-up base or light foundation on its own, on days when my skin looks okay I'll just add on concealer to conceal my under-eye dark circles and acne scars like I did for this look. The white part in the middle is the essential moisture essence infused with Vitamin E which is like a skincare in makeup!
Hue-Duo Eyeshadow (Mocha Glow)
I used both colours for my eyes and a little bit of pink as blusher. The colour is very pigmented, so try not to be too generous on your application! A little goes a long way.
Aqua Eyeliner (Brown)
This is a cushion type liquid eyeliner which is smudge-proof and long-wearing up to 12 hours. It's light-weighted and quick-drying. The application is like gel eyeliner but it's a lot easier, less thicker than gel eyeliner and it's much easier to smoothen on my eyes.
Smack Lips
This is a long-wearing and matte lipstick, which is enriched with coconut oil and sunflower butter to give extra moisture to the lips. I like how it doesn't smudge at all! I tried to stamp really hard on my hand and there's zero stain! An amazing lipstick which looks like a lip gloss.
I only added some mascara and concealer for this look! Simple makeup but suitable for dinner dates or important events.
You might think that this look doesn't look natural compare to my normal makeup, well to be honest, I seldom apply eyeshadow, lipstick and blusher. In the picture my makeup looks ''unnatural'' and "thick" but in fact is just the colours of Hue-Duo Eyeshadow and Smack Lips are just well pigmented and light. I didn't even feel awkward for wearing this lip colour for half a day! Nor I need to worry about the lip stain too!
